The Touch Development League (TDL) is Sacramento’s premier youth basketball league for beginner and intermediate boys and girls looking to build real skills in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment.

Our mission is simple: combine high-level fundamentals, teamwork, and game-play experience so every athlete can grow with confidence and enjoy the game.

Whether your child is brand new to basketball or ready to sharpen their foundation, TDL Winter League 2026 offers the ideal balance of learning, growth, and excitement.

Young hoopers will improve:

• Ball-handling & shooting basics

• Footwork, coordination, and athletic movement

• Basketball IQ & teamwork

• Confidence, discipline, and love for the game

Registration Window

• Early Bird Registration: Nov 22, 2025 – Dec 18, 2025

• Regular Registration: Dec 18, 2025 – Jan 18, 2026

Winter 2026 Season Schedule

• Evaluation Day (No Games): Friday, Jan 16, 2026

• Season Dates: Jan 23, 2026 – Mar 15, 2026

• Practices: Friday evenings (Touch University training format)

• Games: Sunday afternoons/evenings

Each season includes 8 full weeks of structured practices + competitive game days.

Tuition

$150/month for 2 months — $300 total
Includes practices, games, and team shirt.
